Just days away from the kickoff of their inaugural softball season, Athletes Unlimited on Tuesday unveiled an impressive list of corporate partners.
Headlined by companies like GEICO, who will serve as the league’s signature home and auto insurance partner, and Carvana, the league’s auto retailer partner, the list of companies is an unprecedented one in professional softball.
GEICO is set to power the Athletes Unlimited Leaderboard, a key component of the league’s unique points structure. Carvana will sponsor the weekly draft to set new teams, emphasizing an aligning of the company’s unique car-buying experience with the uniqueness of Athletes Unlimited’s unique player-controlled structure of roster construction.
Nike will also serve as the official uniform provider for the league. AstroTurf, another corporate partner, has also installed a new 3DK synthetic turf system on the field at Parkway Bank Sports Complex, formerly known as the Ballpark at Rosemont.
Other corporate partners for the initial Athletes Unlimited season include Mariner Weatlh Advisors; Sparta Science; Aspiration; Hyperice; WIN Reality; HitTrax; Franklin Sports; Lasso Gear; beam TLC; Mizuno; HALO Sport; FlightScope; Famer; WEST+WILDER; and GoGo SqueeZ.
The Athletes Unlimited season will kick off on August 29th in Rosemont. Games will be shown on a variety of platforms via both ESPN and CBS Sports Network.
