UAB assistant coach Joe Guthrie has been promoted to the title of associate head coach, the program announced on Friday. Guthrie is entering his second season on staff with the Blazers, having joined head coach Jimmy Kolaitis’ staff shortly after Kolaitis’ own hiring in Birmingham. Team Canada standout Erika Polidori will be inducted into the Oakland University Athletics Hall of Honor on January 24th.
