Saint Francis head coach Jennifer Patrick-Swift will be named the next head coach at North Carolina State, JWOS has learned.
Patrick-Swift had been the head coach at Saint Francis for seven seasons, taking the Red Flash to the NCAA tournament in consecutive seasons in 2017 and 2018. The program ended their ‘18 conference slate with an active streak of thirty-two consecutive conference victories, after perfect 16-0 records in each of the last two seasons.
The Red Flash led the nation in 2018 in at-bats per home run, posting eighty-three home runs in fifty-eight games.
Boasting a career record of 226-152 with the Red Flash, including a 77-43 mark in conference play, Patrick-Swift brought Saint Francis to prominence after guiding the team to a 49-win season in 2017 that included pairs of victories over the Power Five’s Texas Tech and Penn State.
Prior to joining the Saint Francis program, Patrick-Swift was the head coach at Division II Seton Hill, as well as Chowan University and York College.
