San Diego State has added a pair of former Power Five players via transfer.
Former Oregon State catcher Sara Lillie and ex-Oklahoma outfielder Alexa Schultz will both join the Aztecs for the 2020 season. Each player has two seasons of eligibility remaining.
Lillie appeared in thirty games during her pair of seasons at Oregon State, with eleven starts. She owns a .200 career batting average (9-45) and a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage during her career.
Schultz, for her part, appeared in sixty games during her pair of seasons as an Oklahoma Sooner, starting just once. She holds a career .090 batting average (2-22) with seven runs and a home run to her credit.
The duo are the latest additions to the SDSU roster from Power Five programs, joining fellow transfer Maggie Balint, whose move from Oregon was announced earlier in the summer. The Aztecs finished the 2019 season with a 25-26 overall record and a 12-12 mark in Mountain West conference play.
