SEC softball will be seen on television nearly eighty times in 2021, the conference announced in a release on Friday.
The SEC Network will carry the bulk of the programming, set to televise forty-five (45) games during the regular season. ESPNU will pick up an additional eleven games, while ten games are set to be shown on ESPN2. The LSU/Florida matchup on March 27th will air on ESPN.
As in years past, the SEC tournament, which is currently set for May 12-15 at Rhoads Stadium in Tuscaloosa, will be televised in full across the various networks.
Marquee non-conference matchups headline the early-season television slate; on March 5th, Florida State vs. Florida will be shown in an afternoon broadcast on SEC Network, while Texas vs. LSU will be shown in primetime on ESPN2.
