Bradley spent the 2019 season as the hitting coach on staff at Fresno State. He helped shepherd the Bulldogs’ offense to a .399 team on-base percentage, a mark that led the Mountain West conference and ranked 18th nationally. A pair of Bradley’s hitters – freshman McKenzie Wilson and senior Rachel Minogue – earned the conference’s Freshman of the Year award and finished the year as the nation’s toughest player to strike out, respectively.
Prior to his single-season stint at Fresno State, Bradley spent four years as the head coach at Campbell. During his tenure leading the program, the Fighting Camels recorded 114 victories and reached the National Invitational Softball Championship (NISC) postseason tournament in 2017.
While at Campbell, Bradley twice led his squad to a runner-up finish in the Big South standings, while the Fighting Camels posted a team batting average of .289 and averaged fifty-five home runs per season under his tutelage.
In addition to his time leading the Campbell program, Bradley’s coaching resume also includes time spent as an assistant coach with the Fighting Camels, and at Utah State. He has also been the head coach at Incarnate Word and Pfeiffer University, and started the softball program at Corban University (then known as Western Baptist College).
At Alabama State, Bradley takes over a Hornets program that posted a 24-25 overall record during the 2019 season. The program recorded a 10-7 mark in SWAC play, going 4-1 in the conference tournament en route to earning the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.
