An NFCA Hall of Fame inductee in 2008, Miller’s coaching resume also includes stints as an assistant coach at Missouri in the early 1980s, as well as at Louisville and Rutgers in the past decade.
Named the head coach of Team USA in 2009, Miller led the national team to a gold medal in the World Championships in 2010 and a 44-5 record overall during his tenure.
He takes the helm of a Hofstra program that posted a 41-14 overall record during the 2018 season. After posting a 17-4 conference record, the Pride took home the Colonial Athletic Association tournament championship and ended the season ranked in the top 25 nationally.
